Job overview

Lancing College is seeking to recruit an Admissions and Customer Service Officer. This is a full time post and the Admissions and Customer Service Officer will be required to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08.30 – 17.30 plus alternate Saturday Mornings 08.30 – 13.30.

The ideal candidate will be a positive, self-motivated person, able to work independently and as part of a team. Have the ability to deal effectively with confidential and sensitive information. Will be required to have excellent time management, organisational and administration skills and enjoy working to a high standard in a demanding environment.

This role requires the idea candidate to support the Admissions Manager and Registrar in delivering an efficient and effective admissions service, to provide support for all duties and responsibilities related to the admissions office. To be able create a positive impression to those seeking information on admission to the school.
