An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, articulate and personable person to join our Admin Team as Admissions & Transition Co-ordinator.

This is a permanent position in term time but does require working staff development days plus an additional 2 weeks to be worked across the year.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the school is compliant in all its processes relating to admissions. Key responsibilities of the role include:

 

·          Ensure all statutory requirements of the admissions code are met

·          Ensure all policies and procedures are compliant, including all related documentation

·          Provide advice and guidance

·          Support parents through the admissions process including appeals

·          Support the transition process from KS2-3

·          Co-ordination and support of KS3&4 events

 

A good Co-ordinator is vital to the success of the admissions and transition process within the school. The Co-ordinator is expected to communicate key information to the Principal and Head of Year 7 to ensure all requirements of the admissions processes are met within the required timescales.

You will need to be self-motivated and well organised with good IT skills and the ability to plan and prioritise your workload. It is essential that you can work with diplomacy, sensitivity and absolute confidentiality at all times.
