Maternity Cover (one year fixed-term contract) | 37.5 hours per week | All-year round (52 weeks per annum)
We are looking for an enthusiastic and exceptionally organised individual to support the Schools’ Admissions Office. This is a varied role that will include the management of data, all aspects of customer service and liaison with relevant departments to ensure the Admissions Office runs efficiently and effectively across the key admissions processes.
The successful candidate must have experience of working within an Admissions Office together with excellent administrate, communication and organisational skills who can be accurate whilst working to specific deadlines. It is essential you can act confidentially, remain calm and professional during busy periods while able to work with key stakeholders effectively in a warm, friendly and professional manner. We particularly welcome applications from those who have prior experience of working within the Education Sector.
This role is a fixed-term position up to one year to cover a period of maternity leave. The hours of work are Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, all-year round, with the occasional weekend day to support Open Days and School events.
