We have a number of exciting opportunities for Sessional Admissions Assistants to support the Colleges group in delivering an effective and responsive customer focused service. This includes administration, tracking applications and enquiries, inputting and retrieving information from the database, and preparing correspondence in accordance with the department’s procedures.

The Role and You

As an Admissions Assistant, you will process applications and enrolments efficiently and accurately using the College database and build a strong knowledge base on the range of courses offered by the College Group.

An excellent communicator with great customer service skills, you will be able to deal promptly and efficiently with face-to-face, telephone and e-mail enquiries and pass on to appropriate staff those enquiries requiring specialist assistance. 

The successful candidate will have high attention to detail and experience of working in a customer-focused environment. You will also be able to prioritise and organise your own workload effectively, have demonstrable IT skills and a flexible approach to working practices.
