The Role
You will lead the full admissions process from first enquiry to enrolment, ensuring every family receives a seamless, timely and supportive experience. Delivering high-quality tours and admissions events, maintain accurate records, manage CRM systems and produce regular data reports to support forecasting and strategic planning.
Playing a key role in community engagement, building strong relationships with feeder nurseries, local organisations and STEM-focused partners.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the full admissions journey, ensuring a welcoming, efficient and professional process.
· Deliver tours, open days and taster sessions that reflect the ethos and strengths of Hendon Prep.
· Maintain accurate records and manage digital admissions platforms and CRM systems.
· Monitor, track and report on admissions data and conversion rates.
· Build positive relationships with feeder nurseries, local schools and community partners.
· Support families through onboarding and transition processes by building strong links with senior school admissions teams.
· Work closely with the Headteacher to implement the school’s community engagement strategy.
Person Specification
Experience
· Experience in admissions, customer-facing roles or community engagement.
· Confident managing busy, time-sensitive processes.
· Competent using CRM systems and digital tools (experience with iSAMS is desirable).
Skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
· Able to analyse data effectively to inform planning.
· Calm under pressure, with strong time-management skills.
· Warm, professional and able to represent the school confidently.
