We are now looking for an Admissions Manager to take responsibility for the efficient management and continuous improvement of enquiries and admissions for the South Thames Colleges Group.


Working with the Head of Admissions, you will be involved in all aspects of student admissions, working with curriculum and administrative staff to ensure quality and adherence to fair and consistent policies and processes. The Admissions Manager will be responsible for and line manage the Admissions and Receptions Teams at the South Thames College site in Wandsworth and Tooting.


We’re looking for an individual who is educated to Level 3 and who has a proven track record of working in an admission role. With a good understanding of the UCAS admissions system, you will have successful experience of enquiry and related processes, in particular experience of using these to drive improvement, and have a strong vision for the improvement and development of enquiry and admissions, and it’s contribution to an organisation.


With a positive ‘can-do’ attitude and a flexible approach to the needs of the job, you will have the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and work well individually as well as part of a team. You’ll have good attention to detail, a creative approach to problem solving and the willingness to be innovative when improving the learner experience.


Experience of working with partners, including HEIs is desirable, as is knowledge of regulations regarding the HE loans system.
