We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our busy student admissions and enquiries team!

This is an exciting new opportunity to work within our Admissions and Enquiries Team, supporting the recruitment of students and providing them with information and advice relating to their application. You will work closely with key employers for the students they wish to place on UCEM programmes. In this role you will be required to process applications through UCEM’s SITS student database and complete relevant documents for those studying on our apprenticeship programmes. In addition, you will have opportunities to continually improve processes and contribute towards institutional targets.

You will ensure adherence to QAA requirements, the Matrix standard, UCEM Code of Practice, and the requirements of validating and funding bodies. Working in a busy and lively team, you will also contribute to the teams’ continuous improvement ethos by proactively suggesting process improvements, particularly around the conversion of UCEM enquirers and applicants.
