The Student Services Division supports students at each stage of their journey from pre-entry to post exit. The Division has a client orientated culture and puts students’ needs at the heart of everything it does. The Division is structured into four sections that work together to ensure student success and satisfaction.
Working within the Admissions section of the Student Services Division, you will deliver the admissions functions and associated student data processes across the range of income streams at the College. The core functions are enquiries, admissions, enrolment, progression, and fee collection – all leading to high standards of data integrity and accuracy.
We’re looking for an individual who has proven ability to work effectively as a team member, who can work well under pressure and who can demonstrate a sound knowledge of the curriculum offered across the College. With excellent customer service skills, diplomacy and tact in dealing with internal and external stakeholders, you will be willing to work with all student groups to ensure they maximise their potential and have good general IT skills, including familiarity with internal MIS systems such as; internet applications, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
