Admissions Secretary

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic Admissions Secretary to manage the end-to-end admissions process including lead generation, prospecting and tactical admissions process.  This role will primarily be based at our Senior School near Loddon.  This is a fulltime position but with flexibility around the hours, subject to the demands of the business and would suit a self-motivated person with an inquisitive mind and great attention to detail.

The successful candidate will be expected to undertake a variety of tasks and develop the admission strategy alongside the Head of Marketing & Admissions, including parent/student tours and management of Admissions events.  Previous experience of working in the education sector would be beneficial but not essential.  You will have first-rate IT and communication skills, both written and verbal.  We are looking for a positive and enthusiastic team-player, who is able to take initiative and also work autonomously under limited supervision.  Flexible approach to work is expected, as the post-holder will occasionally be required to work outside the normal working week to cover for events such as Open Days.  Time off in lieu during quieter periods is given.
