ADMISSIONS SUPPORT ASSISTANT
Surrey Pay Grade PS4 £24,275 - £25,993 FTE, (Pro-rata £22,490 - £24,082)
36 hours per week 8.15am to 4.15pm, 42 weeks per year (Term Time plus 3 weeks including 5 INSET days)

Ash Manor School is a successful 11–16 mixed comprehensive school committed to providing an exceptional education for the community it serves.
We are looking to appoint an energetic, confident, and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly and supportive school in providing admissions and administrative support within a busy school office.
We welcome interest from individuals who are innovative, dynamic, and committed. The successful applicant will have exceptional organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and strong IT skills. You will work well under pressure and be able to effectively manage competing deadlines.
Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
- Managing the admissions process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for prospective students and their families.
- General administration to support the efficient running of the school office.
- Providing support for Main Reception and Student Reception, offering a professional and welcoming service.
- Secretarial support as required.
- Providing first aid cover (training will be provided if necessary).
- Covering for other office staff as required.
- Working two weeks in August to support admissions and school preparations.
