Across Rodbaston, Cannock, Lichfield and Tamworth Campuses

Salary:  £9.64 - £18.35 per hour, depending on experience/qualifications

The Adult and Community Learning provision at South Staffordshire College require a range of teachers for delivery of ACL classes as outlined above for variable hours, mostly evening work. 

This is a great opportunity for those wishing to work with adult learners, developing their new skills and passions, be it for hobby related subjects, learning a new language or other self-development, health or as a means to retrain and build their confidence towards future employment ambitions.

The successful candidate will have relevant subject knowledge and skills, a recognised subject qualification and related experience in the area.  Teaching experience is also essential, ideally with adult learners.

You will hold a teaching qualification, or be willing to work towards it as part of the College Personal Development scheme.

Please note, the college is always looking to develop its range of adult and community provision, so please don’t hesitate in contacting the college should you have skills for courses we currently don’t offer, but may be of interest to the local community.
