Advanced Educational Teaching Assistant

We are currently in the process of creating a brand new secondary Additionally Resourced Provision (ARP) for pupils with complex, communication & interaction (CCI) need that will be sited within Netherhall Learning Campus High School.

This role is required to work as part of a specialist team including teachers, support staff and a range of other professionals to support the learning and welfare of all targeted children. The post also involves working in partnership with parents/carers and families in order to build confidence and trust. 

This role will also involve organising, delivering and evaluating support for children with complex needs on a one to one and small group basis either in or out of the classroom or specialist provision base.
