Key Tasks:

AEB

―To work toward achieving learner recruitment targets for AEB short courses

―Ensure correct paperwork is readily available in advance of AEB submission deadlines

―Work closely with the Head of Skills and Employment to ensure all new students are entered onto registers & group profiles accurately and are able to undergo timely induction

―Ensure all successful applicants have complete eligibility paperwork on file prior to joining the course and evidence is stored securely

―Maintain an efficient office administration process including general filing, supporting documents, certificates, exit forms and more

―To audit learner files prior to course starting to ensure learner record meets the contractual requirements

―To help maintain and develop the Management Information Systems (MIS) for AEB contract including: 1.PICS 2. Arbor 3. Salesforce 4. GLA Cloud 5. Skills Gateway

MIS

―Collate information from recruitment system and enrolment paperwork in preparation for data entry

―Check data is valid and meets funding eligibility requirements

―Enter data ahead of monthly data deadlines

―Participate in training provided by line manager

IQA

―Provide administrative support to the vocational team in registering learners

―Register learner on awarding body systems

―Maintain and update internal trackers

Salary and Days of Work

―35 hours across 5 days a week for 52 weeks per year

―25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays

―This is a permanent full-time position

―This is a hybrid role across three teams

―Annual salary of £23,933

―Start Date ASAP
