The Prospect Trust is a leading Multi-Academy Trust in the South of England, with an aim of providing outstanding education for all learners within a family of local academies. There are currently three academies within the Trust: The Sixth Form College Farnborough, Tomlinscote School and Frimley Church of England Junior School.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Fusion team at Frimley Church of England Junior School. We are seeking a proactive individual to provide an excellent level of support to both staff and students in the school.

The successful candidate would manage and lead the After School Club, having responsibilities such as:

  • Arranging and planning games and activities;
  • Filling out order forms for supplies and snacks;
  • Helping to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the children that attend;
  • Managing the After School Club Assistants and their rotas;
  • Fostering relationships with parents and sometimes needing to discuss and liaise with class teachers about injuries, behaviour etc; and
  • Maintaining the After School Clubs food standards rating (currently rated 5).

 

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and well-organised individual who works well within a team. The successful candidate should have knowledge of child development, safeguarding and implementing health and safety procedures. Start Date: 20th February 2023

Contract/Hours: Permanent contract, 17 hours per week, 38 weeks per year

Working Pattern: Monday-Friday 15:15 - 18:15, plus two hours per week working from home to allow time for planning and preparation.

Salary: Support Salary PS4 - £8,202.46 - £8,991.75 per annum (to reflect the number of working hours/weeks per year), (£20,722.00 - £22,716.00 per annum FTE)
