Job overview
We are seeking an energetic and organized professional to join our team as an After School Program Coordinator. This individual will be responsible for efficiently organizing and conducting after-school activities in accordance with established standards.
Responsibilities:
- Program Planning and Coordination: Develop schedules and organize various events and activities that cater to students' interests. Ensure comprehensive support for their academic, creative, and physical development.
- Interaction with Teachers and Parents: Establish effective communication with teachers, providing them with necessary feedback, support and resources. Keep parents informed about the progress of the program and their children's achievements.
- Space and Resource Organization: Ensure the availability of necessary materials and equipment for conducting activities. Maintain a comfortable and safe environment in the designated after-school space.
- Monitoring and Progress Evaluation: Track students' academic achievements and participation, assess the effectiveness of the program, and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with the Director of Extracurricular Activities to develop development strategies and improve the program.
Requirements:
- Experience in organizing educational or extracurricular programs.
- Experience in working with children (we expect that you will also be able to conduct classes: subject at your choice)
- Excellent planning and coordination skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with different age groups.
- Flexible working hours, willingness to work in the late afternoon (our ECAs program is working every day till 7 p.m)
