We are seeking to appoint a caring, friendly and enthusiastic individual to supervise our Reception and Key Stage 1 students during the after school period for two afternoons each week. The hours of work will be 3.30pm to 6.30pm during school term time only. This position is initially on a one year fixed term contract, after which the hours will be reviewed and with the aim of the successful job holder covering the role for more days per week.
In order to be successful in your application, you should either hold at least an NVQ Level 3 in childcare (or similar) or be suitably qualified through relevant experience. Ideally you should have a solid track record of working with young children and be able to plan and prepare appropriate play based activities so that our students get the best experience possible in the after school period.
