Job overview
South Thames Colleges Group are seeking an ALS Administrator to be responsible for all learner support administrative and financial activities, entering specialised data onto the Learning Support database and for managing related quality audit processes and systems.
We’re looking for someone who is educated to GCSE / Level 2 or equivalent with grades A*-C in English and Maths. You’ll have experience of working effectively with centrally established computerised systems and have a proven ability to organise, manage and coordinate the collection and collation of large quantities of data. Skilled in spreadsheets, databases and word processing, you’ll be comfortable when it comes to dealing with a high volume of work and be able to work with and record budgets, effectively and responsibly.
This is a cross College role. 3 days per week will be spent working at Merton College, 1 day per week at Carshalton College and 1 day per week at Kingston College.

Carshalton College is a co-educational further education college based in Sutton. It is a non-denominational school.
The college has been an education provider for over 60 years. It is a major provider of full-time, part-time, apprenticeships, access, undergraduate and supported learning courses.
