We are seeking a bright, personable, highly motivated and professional colleague who will be responsible for all aspects of alumnae administration including: updating records and ensuring the integrity of our data; report management; development and analysis; gift and ticket processing; administrative and website support; and assisting with events across the year.
You should be a team player, ideally with experience of professional database administration, excellent IT and numeracy skills, strong organisational and planning abilities and great interpersonal skills. Educated to graduate level, you will be keen to use your knowledge, which you may have gained in a fundraising, education or related environment, to progress your career.
This is a varied and interesting role, reporting to the Development Director. One key responsibility will be to help manage and grow the Alumnae database: ensuring consistency, accuracy and completeness of the information we hold and process; and the ability to extract and analyse the information required to support our objectives.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 3.00pm (flexible)
