We are looking for an inspiring, energetic, and enthusiastic teacher to join our excellent, well established and rapidly growing Animal Management department. Delivery of animal care based subjects is the main focus of this role and we are particularly interested to hear from applicants who have experience of delivery at Level one and Level two aswel as delivery to learners aged 14-16. The successful candidate will prepare and deliver classes and assessment activity to learners across a range of our full and part time programmes from Entry Level through to HE. Experience within the Animal Management or related industries is essential. Familiarity with requirements of awarding bodies in the education sector would be an advantage.
The ideal candidate will hold or be working towards a professional teaching qualification and appropriate assessor qualifications. They will have delivery experience and a genuine passion to deliver practical and theoretical sessions as well as providing pastoral support and career inspiration to our learners.
Applicants should ideally have a qualification in an animal management related subject to Level 4. Experience with internal verification would also be an advantage.
