Appointment of a Head

Cognita is a global leader in independent education, with 68 schools in seven countries serving 35,000 pupils in Europe, South-East Asia and Latin America. Cognita LatAm is present in Chile and Brazil, with 12 schools, serving c. 13,000 pupils with a robust strategic plan to incorporate new outstanding schools across the region.

Cognita LatAm is seeking an experienced Head or Deputy Head with outstanding leadership and communication skills, people oriented with a keen interest in pedagogical and co-curricular development, and the desire to contribute to the broader development of the Cognita family.

The appointed candidate will combine a track record of highly successful headship or deputy headship experience. S/He will be committed to academic excellence, promoting character development and nurturing a global mindset. Proficiency or fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is highly desirable.
