Whitgift is a leading independent day and boarding school for boys, with approximately 106 boarding pupils and flexi boarding pupils. It is set in an attractive 48-acre parkland site in South Croydon enjoying excellent links to London, Surrey and the south coast.

We are seeking to appoint a full-time Apprentice Groundsperson to join our award winning Grounds Team. Under the general direction of the Head Groundsman, they will assist in the day-to-day preparation, maintenance and upkeep of grounds and sports pitches to the highest possible standards.

Apprentices will be expected to undertake an intermediate groundsmanship qualification via supported distant learning and on the job training and assessment.
