The City of Bristol College is seeking dedicated and professional full-time Apprenticeship and Partnerships Administrator.

The City of Bristol College is a large, vibrant general further education college, operating from four sites across the City of Bristol, providing learning to over 14,000 students. The College aims to build on its reputation, be at the forefront of innovation, expand the contribution of provision to the region and position itself to meet the demands of an ever-changing world.

Reporting to the Senior Business, Partnerships and Enterprise Manager, this role will provide comprehensive administration support to the Business, Partnerships and Enterprise team.

The Apprenticeship and Partnerships Administrator will be the first point of contact for apprenticeship and employer-based training enquiries, providing first line information, advice and guidance and working closely with our Skills Advisors.

You will co-ordinate the vacancy matching process, quality checking all vacancies generated by the Skills Advisor and the Business, Partnerships and Enterprise Managers.

The successful candidate will have the ability to prioritise and organise enquiries, information and data in order to support all elements of the Business, Partnerships and Enterprise team.
