Job overview

ICS schools is looking for a qualified and experienced Arabic Coordinator to join the team for the upcoming academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Arabic Department across all grade levels

  • Develop and implement effective Arabic curriculum in line with ADEK requirements

  • Monitor teaching standards and student progress

  • Support, mentor, and evaluate Arabic teachers

  • Ensure high-quality lesson planning and classroom delivery

  • Organize assessments and analyze performance data

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language, Education, or a related field

  • Teaching qualification/license approved by ADEK

  • Minimum 4–6 years of teaching experience, including leadership/coordinator role

  • Strong knowledge of ADEK regulations and UAE curriculum standards

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
