Do you want to join a highly committed, collaborative team in a growing Multi - Academy Trust?

Required from January 2018; an enthusiastic and inspiring part time teacher of Art. We are seeking a well-qualified teacher who will enable our students to explore and refine work in a variety of 2D and 3D mixed media techniques. Art is a popular subject throughout the School and we are particularly proud of our students’ achievement at GCSE and A level. The department is well-established and highly creative. The philosophy encourages students to be inspired by contemporary, cultural and traditional art forms. KS3 students work thematically, whilst KS4 and KS5 develop highly original outcomes from individual and personal themes. It is desirable that the successful candidate is able to teach up to and including A level. The department offers a variety of enrichment activities, visits and workshops.

The Green School for Girls is part of The Green School Trust, a Church of England Multi Academy Trust. This is an exciting time to join the Trust which has just opened its second school, The Green School for Boys in September 2017. Staff will have the opportunity to work across both schools and additional hours could be available across the Trust.
