Job overview

Are you a truly outstanding art and design educator looking for a new challenge?

Dulwich International High School Zhuhai was established in September 2010 to cater for the growing number of Chinese students wishing to gain access to overseas universities. Students follow an IGCSE and A-Level curriculum which aligns with the educational vision and values of Dulwich College London and our other international schools across Asia. A rigorous selection process means our students have a very strong academic profile, good English Language proficiency and an outstanding work ethic.

We are currently seeking an outstanding Teacher of Art

We have a thriving art department which is proving to be a very popular subject amongst our students. In our very short history of 3 years of graduates, we have had two students receive offers to study Fine Art at Oxford and many others go on to Central St. Martins as well as art schools in the USA. We are now seeking a passionate and driven art educator to join our expanding department. The ability to teach another subject is preferred, so please state supporting subject in the application.

Zhuhai is one of several Special Economic Zones in mainland China and is experiencing considerable development. Macau lies only minutes away and a one hour ferry journey will take you to Hong Kong. Zhuhai is well positioned for flights into China and South East Asia.

Staff can choose their own accommodation within the beautiful surroundings of the Huafa New Town area which is close to the High School and offers modern accommodation of an extremely high standard. Besides small class sizes and highly motivated students, we also offer a very competitive package including flight allowance, accommodation, domestic allowance, shipping and medical cover.
