Becket Keys Church of England School (Outstanding, 2014) are seeking to appoint a passionate and engaging teacher of Art. 

Prior experience teaching GCSE and A level  Art is essential. 

The successful candidate will work in their own specialist art room, which adjoins the specialist textiles room via the department office. The spacious subject specific facilities are located on the first floor and include shared Art and Art Textiles store rooms and a kiln room.

KS5 students will continue to work in collaboration with the head of textiles and the successful candidate ensuring a broad and varied experience for students while generating professional development opportunities for staff.

TLR available depending on relevant experience.

You will network with Art teachers across the Trust and be regularly advised by an experienced Art examiner.

You will have a range of strategies to support students to produce art that excites and inspires them. You will have proven track record in helping all students achieve well at GCSE and A Level – regularly going ‘the extra mile’ to make sure that everyone excels.
