Dipont Education is seeking an Art Teacher (IB DP) to join our high school program in Changchun, China.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans that align with the school curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners
- Assess and provide feedback on student work to support their academic growth and achievement
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies and practices
- Actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Art or a related field.
- A recognized teaching license
- At least 2 years of experience teaching high school Art
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience working in China is a plus
