Permanent full-time post

Our situation is simply described:

• We are one of the largest schools in Worcestershire, graded as Good with Outstanding features.

• We need an energetic and enthusiastic teacher to join our popular Art and Design Department. A teacher who is committed to progress and passionate about providing young people with the best possible education whatever their background or ability.

As we sift the applications we shall consider:

• Has this candidate got the ability – whether actual or potential – to deliver an even better education to all of our students?

• Is this candidate capable of outstanding work in his/her own classroom?

• Do they recognise the value of Art and its impact on learning across the Curriculum for the general well-being of students?

We know:

You should:

• Receive a salary based on MPR scales.
