St Angela’s Ursuline School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, innovative individual who will provide sound support and assistance to staff and students within the curriculum area of Art and Design.
The main duties of this role will include; the preparation of materials for lessons, assisting students with their work and ensuring that they are working in a safe environment. The post holder will be able to demonstrate the ability to work on their own initiative as well as being an excellent team player. Candidates should have a good broad-based knowledge of art, its diversity and its practices and preferably be qualified to at least foundation degree level or equivalent. Furthermore, experience of working in a busy 11-19 school environment is desirable.

St Angela's Ursuline School is a voluntary aided school based in Newham in London for girls aged 11-18. It is a Roman Catholic school.
The school was built in 1862 by the sisters of the Ursuline order, inspired by the vision of their founder and the school’s namesake.
Approximately 90% of the school’s population are from ethnic minority backgrounds.
