Job Title: Work Based Learning Warehousing Assessor 

Contract: Permanent, 22.5 hours over 3 days per week 

Salary: £24,000 - £27,000 (pro rata)

If you have a passion for your profession and share our determination to be outstanding then we want to talk to you.  City of Bristol College is one of the largest providers in the South West and the Director of Apprenticeships and Employer based training within the City of Bristol College requires an enthusiastic qualified Assessor to support Warehousing apprenticeships for Level 2 and Level 3.  

About the role: 

As a Work Based Learning Apprenticeship Assessor you will be observing learners and obtaining evidence and assessment competency to cover criteria units and progress the learners through the programme. An experience of using the electronic on-line portfolio system Smart assessor would be an advantage.  

This role will require visiting Apprentices at their place of work to offer workshops, tutoring and support, whether one-on-one or to a group,  virtual learning, and telephone or via email.  

If you also have excellent organisational skills, can prioritise your workload and are an active listener who encourages development and champion’s achievement, you’ll thrive in a role that is learner-focused. A driver’s licence and a flexible approach to travel for work purposes are also essential.
