We require a hardworking, energetic, and practically minded Assistant Site Supervisor to contribute towards the smooth running of the school site and help keep the school in good repair undertaking the necessary tasks to ensure it is maintained in a safe, clean and secure condition.
Working with a small team, the role requires a 'hands-on' approach to repairs and maintenance and somebody who is reliable, flexible, with good communication skills, a positive approach to work and the ability to work well both within a team and under their own initiative.
Duties will include general porterage around the building, some DIY tasks, lifting and unloading equipment and deliveries.
You should have general handyperson skills or even a trade background. Some caretaking and cleaning experience would be desirable but is not essential as training will be provided for the suitable applicant. You must have basic, literacy and numeracy skills.
