We are seeking an Assistant Business Manager to support the Business Manager to deliver a wide variety of administrative and financial tasks to assist the financial operations of the school. 

Under the direction of the Business Manager, you will coordinate financial administration activities and provide support to ensure the school delivers on key reporting deadlines. You will demonstrate initiative, attention to detail and be a skillful negotiator who is able to liaise with the school’s clients with empathy. Additionally, you will be highly organised and be able to demonstrate sound judgement, confidentiality and discretion. Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and the BCE finance system, Microsoft Dynamics, is desirable.

To be successful in this role you will have:
•    Degree level qualification supported by appropriate commercial/educational experience,
•    Proven experience in a supervisory role within finance and/or business administration, and
•    Current working knowledge and understanding of accounting practices.
