Pay Range: WSCC Grade 10 Points 35 to 38 (£31,401 - £34,106 plus Crawley Fringe £585)
Hours of Work: 37 hours per week TT + INSET + 5 days during school holidays
Actual Salary: £27,295 plus Crawley Fringe allowance £508 = £28,303

Due to a resignation in our administrative management we have a vacancy in the school Administration Team. The job is offered initially as full time on a term time only basis but consideration would be given to the right candidate for a full time role.
The post is offered as an assistant to the school’s Business Manager. The major element of the role will be to lead on Human Resources and the successful candidate is likely to be a qualified specialist in this field. The post also includes responsibility for line managing other elements of the school’s support services and is a senior administrative officer within the school. The position would suit an ambitious HR professional seeking to develop a role within school business management.
The successful applicant will have to meet the requirements as set out in the Person Specification which accompanies the Job Description.
