Assistant Business Manager, Trinity College - Beenleigh

The successful applicant will:

• be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.

Applications are invited for the position of Assistant Business Manager at Trinity College, Beenleigh. The primary role is to support the Business Manager in the financial management of the College, by providing expertise and implementation in a wide variety of financial and administrative functions. You will oversee the financial processes of the College, manage end of month processes, family invoicing, debt collection processes and provide guidance and training to finance staff. You will also manage Workplace Health & Safety responsibilities in collaboration with the Business Manager. Experience in finance and office procedures is necessary along with high level proficiency using the Microsoft suite. The successful applicant will have excellent organisational skills including initiative and self-management, as well as the ability to work with limited supervision and guidance.

Trinity College is a co-educational Catholic College with a current enrolment of 810 students from Years 7 – 12. The College is administered by the Catholic Archdiocese of Brisbane through the Brisbane Catholic Education Office and is a member of Marist Schools of Australia. Salary Level, Range or Hourly Rate:   School Officer Level 6

Employment Conditions:   Diocesan Catholic Education Employing Authorities in Queensland Single Interest Agreement 2015-2019

This position involves working with children.  The appointment of successful applicants will be subject to satisfactory employment screening for child related employment in accordance with the law.
