The Wyvern Academy are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Assistant Catering Manager to assist in the day to day running and organisation of the school kitchen.

Ideally the applicant will be a highly motivated individual and have experience in the preparation of staff rotas, compiling food costs, stock control and the completion of weekly records in line with financial and audit practices.

In addition, the successful applicant will hold a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate, City and Guilds 706 or equivalent and proven experience within a similar role.

Salary: £ per annum
Benefits & Grade: Grade I (Salary scale 15 - 17)
Contract Details: Permanent / Term Time plus 2 weeks. To commence as soon as possible.
