We are seeking a reliable and responsible person to join us as assistant college lead. The role holder will have a visible presence around the school, reinforcing our school expectations and standards.

The role also involves ensuring that the Academy’s tutor time programme is being delivered to a high standard, and in a consistent way, by the tutor team; supporting the Academy’s monitoring cycle; and assisting with student intervention and mentoring.  

You will be able to establish good relationships with students, staff, and other stakeholders, ensuring students receive a high level of pastoral care.
