Salary: L5 to L9, £46,212 to £51,011 per annum

We are seeking a superb colleague to work as part of the Trust School Improvement Team under the direction of the Director of Education with a specific focus on our Primary Academies. As such, this is a senior position in the Trust determining the strategic and tactical approaches deployed in our academies to support raising standards of achievement so that we are able to realise our ambitions that Every Child Achieves.
The ideal candidate will be someone that genuinely understands school improvement and who has a track record of delivering improved outcomes for children. We are looking for an intellectual presence, that understands teaching, learning and more importantly, has a forensic understanding of assessment in national testing across the primary age range. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience of senior leadership.
