We seek to employ an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Director of English to support the leadership of the English department and teach English at all levels.

You will be a key middle leader working within a well-resourced, English department, with practitioners keen to share best practice and continue moving forward. The successful candidate will be given a department focus based on the candidate’s stengths.
We work collaboratively with other Ormiston Academies, both locally and nationally. This ensures we are at the leading edge of the latest developments in the subject, able to deliver the highest quality professional development and provide progression opportunities within the Trust. We have a strong commitment to further developing you as a teacher and ensure staff feel supported through access to the academy’s CPD programme.
