A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen within our pastoral team as an Assistant Director of Pastoral and Academic Progress. The core purpose of the role is to work with the Year Group Director to deliver strategies, support and interventions that impact on improving our student’s educational, behavioral, social and emotional development and ultimately improve their future life opportunities.
