We are seeking to appoint an  Assistant Director of Sport with responsibility for Girls’ PE and Games at the King Henry VIII Senior School site.

The successful candidate will be line managed and led by the Director of Sport, and responsible for leading the girls’ games and PE department based at BKHS King Henry’s ensuring that the department runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis, teaching and learning within the department is of a high standard and that all CSF/BKHS policy and practice, with particular regard to health and safety, is followed.

You will be responsible for individually and team-teaching PE and games to a variety of classes from Year 7 – 13 as well as arranging, supporting and attending the fixture list and co-curricular programmes.

We are particularly interested in candidates that have a sport specialism in hockey and/or netball.
