Immediate Start Available – Term Time Only
37 Hours per Week, Salary Scale Point: 12 £17,688 (this will be pro-rated in line with Academy terms & conditions)

We are looking for a highly inspired and motivated Assistant Education Social Worker who is committed and passionate about meeting the needs of our students so they can achieve their potential.
The assistant ESW will need to have excellent communication skills. They will work closely with our highly experienced ESW, supporting and liaising with staff, parents and external agencies to ensure identified student’s needs are met.
The successful candidate will help to support with all aspects of administration including attendance issues, reports, initial assessment writing and logging incidents/concerns.
The successful candidate will:
- Hold both English and Maths GCSE at C grade or higher.
- Show commitment in all areas of safeguarding and keeping children safe in education.
- Bring enthusiasm, flexibility and an openness to new approaches.
- Have excellent communication and organisation skills.
