Grade 5: £17,515 per annum, inclusive of Crawley Market Supplement.  The post-holder must be available to start at 8.00am (and earlier at certain times of year).

We are looking to appoint an Assistant Exams Officer to support our newly appointed Exams Officer.  The successful candidate will also be required to support our sixth form students by supervising one of our private study rooms, and administratively supporting other key members of staff.

•We are looking for a person with excellent administrative and IT skills, who can provide wide-ranging support to the Exams Officer, SIMS Data Manger and other key members of staff.  This is a busy and varied role, working as part of a small team and interacting with all members of the school community.

•The role will support all aspects of the internal and external exam processes.  This includes exam preparation, administration and helping with the logistical arrangements.

•The post holder will also support the SIMS Data Manager with various SIMS data entry, reporting and analysis tasks.  Use of SIMS and any SIMS interfacing systems is desirable but is not essential, as training will be provided.
