We are looking for people to work alongside the Finance Business Partners within the central Finance Team at OHCAT to support the financial management for the Academies or College, and other financial needs as required.  

You will need to prepare and maintain a monthly management accounts model including profit & loss, balance sheet and a summary cash flow. You will have full responsibility for monthly accounting entries including accruals, prepayments and deferred income schedules.

You will preferably be AAT qualified or you will be able to demonstrate relevant recent experience.

You must:

• Have significant accounting experience and a good understanding of working in the education sector.

• Have experience of using Resource/Financials Live or similar packages.

• Have a clear understanding of accounting tasks and be able to carry out financial monitoring and budget setting.

• Have excellent communication and organisational skills and be adaptable to a changing work environment.
