Hallfield School is looking to appoint an exceptional Assistant Head to join the restructured SLT, following the departure of one of the current Deputy Heads (relocating to take up a Headship).

We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and innovative teacher, with middle management leadership experience to join the SLT at a thriving Prep School with pupils aged 3 months to 13 years.

To be considered for the post, you must be able to demonstrate your strengths as an outstanding pupil-focused teacher, capable of motivating colleagues and bringing out the best in our bright and able pupils. Success in this role will require a commitment to innovation in teaching and learning and curriculum design. You will be familiar with the use of assessment data for individual and whole school continuous improvement.

This is a new and substantial position, reporting directly to the Head Master and would suit a highly ambitious aspiring leader, from either a state or independent school background, keen to play a collaborative and innovative role in the Hallfield School’s ethos and strategic vision.

Hallfield School is a flourishing co-educational Prep School, renowned for the quality of its extended curriculum and excellent academic reputation.
