An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Construction Plant, Railway and Land-based Engineering department at Myerscough College. The successful candidate will form part of the Apprenticeship & Skills management team, which aims to maximise growth, success and ensure an effective contribution to strategic plan targets. You will provide effective leadership and co-ordination for Construction Plant, Railway and Land-based engineering pathways, ensuring the delivery of inspirational teaching, learning and assessment to meet the expectations of industry.  You will proactively work with external stakeholders, internal managers and the College Employer Services team to grow the provision whilst maintaining high quality and thus meeting the needs of learners and employers.  Salary for this role: £27,243 - £36,983 per annum
