Due to exceptional growth in pupil numbers, Sutton High School is seeking a warm, engaging, innovative and passionate leader to develop and drive forward the curriculum and assessment in our thriving school.

As part of our Senior School Leadership Team, you will support the Deputy Head: Academic in ensuring that teaching and learning across the 11-18 age range is individualised and enables progress for every pupil. You will lead on the assessment of pupils and how this can support their academic development, and you will ensure that training for teaching staff is at the cutting edge of developments in teaching.

The role would suit an experienced professional, with experience gained as a Head of Department or Head of Faculty and with an understanding of the ways in which the curriculum and assessment can be utilised to address underachievement, identify excellence and inspire our pupils to be their best.
