Orley Farm School would like to appoint an experienced and dynamic individual to join the school's Senior Leadership Team and take up the post of Assistant Head – Data systems. They will support the Deputy Head Academic and have strategic responsibility and leadership for the planning and development of the School’s data systems. They will provide the school with an expert data analysis function including contextual and value-added statistical studies in support of the school self-evaluation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the collection, organisation, input, analysis, presentation and distribution of data relating to student attainment and progress using the School’s ICT based management information systems as well leading the day-to-day operation of timetabling and management of student data and reporting.
A high level of ICT literacy including an advanced level of proficiency in MS Excel is essential.
The successful candidate will also be an experienced professional, an excellent classroom practitioner with very good knowledge of teaching and learning.
Salary is according to experience and qualifications.
