An outstanding individual is required to join our Junior School Leadership Team. This is an exciting opportunity, providing great scope for imagination, innovation and dynamic leadership in one of the country’s leading girls’ schools.

As the Assistant Head for Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Key Stage 1 (KS1) you will play a key role delivering the pastoral and academic vision and direction for the Junior School. Working closely with the Junior School Leadership Team, you will contribute to whole school policy-making and strategic planning and take the lead responsibility for nurturing and developing the welfare and progress of all EYFS and KS1 girls.

You will line manage all staff who teach EYFS and KS1, leading by example to ensure that good practice is shared and encouraged in lessons and throughout the school and that the academic curriculum is effective and imaginative in meeting the needs of all girls.

If you possess excellent professional and up to date knowledge and understanding of EYFS and KS1 with the ability to lead and inspire others we would be delighted to hear from you.
