Assistant teacher for English and Phase 1

Salary Grade Range: Leadership 5 – Leadership 10

Actual Salary Range: £50,401-£56,083 per annum

Contractual Status: Permanent and Full time

We are looking for an Assistant Headteacher to join our Senior Leadership Team from September 2017. 

The role of Assistant Head will have a major impact school improvement and the drive to improve the life chances of our pupils. We are looking for someone who:

- Has experience of leadership in a urban setting

- Has a drive and passion for school improvement, and making a difference to pupils experience of education

- Who has specific subject knowledge in relation to English and can drive improvement in English across the school

- Experience of managing others, or team development
