We are looking for an inspirational and student centred Assistant Head to support the school with Intervention and Inclusion. The successful candidate will make an important contribution to continuing to raise standards, set high expectations and provide expertise and passion in equal measures to ensure innovative practice puts the school at the forefront of specialist education and intervention.
We offer excellent Key Stage 2, 3, and 4 provision for young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) and SLCN (Speech, Language and Communication) needs.
To be part of our team you need to be dynamic, resilient and passionate about supporting students to achieve the skills and qualifications that will open doors for them for the rest of their lives.
You may have experience of working with students who are SEMH or you may be looking for your first role in an SEN setting, you must, however, be motivated to make a positive difference to our students’ learning journey and care deeply about their wellbeing and personal development.
The successful applicant will have experience of successfully working with students who have complex and diverse needs, enthusiasm and tenacity to work in a challenging but highly rewarding environment, the highest professional standards in your classroom practice and a passion for excellence in every interaction with young people.
